Terms of Use

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using any Aevaron product or service, including but not limited to Origin and its associated Synthetic Intelligence Specialists and Credits, you (“the Client”) agree to these Terms of Use.

2. License Grant

  • Aevaron grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use its systems, subject to payment of applicable fees.
  • This license provides usage rights only. It does not grant the Client ownership, partnership rights, equity, or governance participation in Aevaron (Pty) Ltd.

3. Pricing & Renewals

  • Clients agree to pay fees as outlined in their respective Offer Letter (Founder, Pioneer, or Global).
  • Renewal fees are fixed at the rate at which the Client first joined, provided renewals are maintained without interruption.
  • Add-ons and Credits are billed at current pricing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Refunds & Outcomes

  • All sales are final and non-refundable.
  • Aevaron does not guarantee specific business outcomes, performance improvements, or revenue results from use of its systems.

5. Updates & Improvements

  • Aevaron will provide ongoing updates and improvements to its systems.
  • Access to these updates is included in the Client’s license, subject to payment of applicable fees.

6. Data & Privacy

  • Aevaron respects the confidentiality of Client data.
  • Data processed within Aevaron systems remains the property of the Client.
  • Aevaron may collect anonymized usage data to improve system performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Aevaron shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its systems.
  • Aevaron’s liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

  • Aevaron reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if the Client breaches these Terms, fails to pay fees, or misuses the systems.
  • Upon termination, all usage rights cease immediately.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved under South African jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Amendments

Aevaron reserves the right to update these Terms. Clients will be notified of material changes. Continued use of Aevaron systems constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
